I liked our stay, the staff were incredibly polite and the location was fab. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. I got the superior double room, it was vintage and appropriate. The beach near the hotel was unspoiled. Very early check-in and efficient service.

The staff were cheery, the continental breakfast was sumptuous. Captivating view, a great balcony, nice bed, too. Well-maintained garden and nice pool. Near the own beach🙂
Wi-Fi was slow.

Prime location, lovely beds, enjoyable variety of breakfast food. Really rather basic room, great value compared to other hotels. Tidy place, incredibly welcoming staff. A lovely beach, nice view.

We had sofa beds and we all slept well. Their manager rocks! Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Valentino's that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

An awesome hotel in York. The staff are loyal, the breakfast is sensational and the location is favourable. Everything created a comfortable atmosphere. We had a superior queen room with central heating, an iron and a radio. In fact, the free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top.
